Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of new ‘CC’ brand smartphones on July 2. For now, we know the company collaborating with Meitu and coming with two phones namely Mi CC9e and Mi CC9 targeting the millennials crowd. The fluid design of the phone and the vibrant color options is said to be the differentiator in this series of phone, to attract the young crowd.
One can see this as a strategy to take on the Realme brand from Oppo. Already, there has been leaked render and live images of the phone along with rumored specifications. Let us check out the details below.
Xiaomi Mi CC9 Details
The Mi CC9 is the premium model in this series and the leaked image from webio, shows the smartphone will sport an all-display front with no notch. We can expect it to house flip camera setup similar to Zenfone 6. The first teaser from Xiaomi has already confirmed this setup. The device is expected to come with 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display, Snapdragon 730 SoC, 6GB/128GB or 8GB/128GB and MIUI 10 Android 9 Pie. In addition, the highlight of the phone is 48MP triple camera setup along with 32MP selfie camera.
Apart from these, the phone will have in-screen fingerprint sensor, IR Blaster, USB Type-C port, and Hi-Res audio support as well. The price of the upcoming devices was leaked by tipster Mukul Sharma. The Mi CC9 is expected to start from CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs. 26,200) and goes up to CNY 3,099 ( Rs 31,099).

Xiaomi Mi CC9e Details
Mi CC9e is the more affordable phone with 5.97-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display. Snapdragon 710 processor powers it, along with 3500mAh battery and 48MP triple camera setup. Apart from that, all other specifications and storage options should be similar to premium model.
Price of the Mi CC9e will start from CNY 1,599 ( Rs. 16,100) for the 6GB + 64GB variant, CNY 1,899 ( Rs. 19,200) for the 6GB + 128GB variant, and CNY 2,199 ( Rs. 22,200) for the 8GB + 128GB variant. Both the phones support fast charging.
