Xiaomi has a new smartphone in Redmi K30 series, the Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition. This new device has come up on the internet revealing the presence of a new Snapdragon processor as well. Till now, we have not heard about this new Snapdragon 768G processor which is supposedly to power the new Redmi K30 phone. The device got listed in the JD website with many details and specifications. Let’s check out the details below.

Redmi K30 5G Speed (Extreme) Edition
As per the name, the new Redmi K30 Extreme edition is going to be powered by the new and faster Snapdragon 768G processor with 5G support. The processor name is confirmed with the poster from the company so we may see the dawn of this chipset very soon. The processor will be Octa-core CPU and will have larger clock frequencies compared to 765G. Additionally it is anticipated to have the identical Adreno 620 GPU, though the GPU will function larger frequencies. The newer chipset is claimed to have a 10% efficiency improve over Snapdragon 765G.
The listing of the device in the JD website reveal that the phone 6.65 to 6.74″ FHD+ AMOLED display. The device could have a 120Hz refresh rate and a pill-shaped punch-hole notch housing dual-selfie camera. The battery could be of 4500-5000mAH capacity. The rear camera setup will be of 64MP Quad Camera. Finally, the phone could have 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage,
As per the website, the phone is expected to launch on May 11 in China. We will know the authenticity of this phone on that day since this variant has popped up out of no where.
