Lenovo has officially teased its upcoming foldable phone in full flesh and showed us a live demo. The concept of this phone was shown during the Lenovo Tech World Conference 2016 and looks like the concept has translated into a production ready unit. Currently, many mobile manufacturers around the world including Samsung are pursuing the workable fold-able smartphone for daily usage and we also recently heard that Samsung may launch one by start of next year.
Now, to lead this race Lenovo shared a 10-second video of the fold-able phone’s prototype version with a caption that reads – “We are just so terribly good. It’s time to show off. We’ll see you in October.”

The video posted in the company’s Webio account shows a working with a fold-able design. From the video one can conclude , the display will support touch support and the screen can bend up to 80-degree. Also, from the caption we can conclude that the phone will be launched this month itself.
The display is a 4.35-inch AMOLED screen which can be bend to form a watch type band as well. Finally, the phone will support eSIM, enabling free and easy switch to different network. We can get more details during the unveil of the phone this month. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope Lenovo surprises us and not defy us like the Lenovo Z5 hype it created with false promotions.
