Samsung Galaxy Fit , Galaxy Fit e with heart rate sensor launched in India

Samsung Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Git e, the latest smart fitness trackers has been launched in India. Claimed to be “complement the personal wellness journey” , the wearable will be able to track your daily activities such as distance you covered walking, running or in bike. Apart from these, the fitness band will be able to monitor your sleep, receive alerts/messages and are water resistant up to 5ATM .

The Samsung Galaxy Fit, being the higher end model comes with 0.95-inch full-colour AMOLED display and has built-in array of sensors that consists of an accelerometer, gyroscope, and heart rate monitor. The device can track up to six activities using its Auto Workout Tracking feature. You can easily check your messages/voice calls and even reply with preset messages.

The Galaxy Fit band runs on FreeRTOS and comes with 2MB RAM as well as 32MB ROM. The connectivity part if taken care by Bluetooth v5.0 and it has battery of 120mAh. The price of this fitness tracker is set at Rs 9,990 and will be available in Black and Silver colour options. It will go on sale soon via Flipkart , Myntra and Samsung Website.

Galaxy Fit

Samsung Galaxy Fit e has 0.74-inch mono PMOLED display with 64×128 pixels of resolution . It runs on FreeRTOS and has 128KB RAM. Accelerometer , heart rate sensor and sleep monitor sensors are present in this device. Just like its big brother, this tracker also come with Auto Workout Tracking feature but can track up to 3 activities unlike the six in Galaxy Fit. Galaxy Fit e comes with 70mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 13 days of usage on a single charge.The price of the device is fixed at Rs 2,590 and will come in Black, White, and Yellow colour options. This smart tracker will go on sale from July 5.
