Poco F2 phone has been one of the most expected device from the consumers after the huge success of Poco F1 phones. Poco phone, the subsidiary of Xiaomi has been very quite for some time regarding this. However, from last months reports have emerged confirming that very soon we’ll be seeing the launch of Poco F2 phones. Now, via Google Play devices listing it has been confirmed that the already launched Redmi K30 Pro will be re-branded as the Poco F2 Pro smartphone.

Poco F2 Pro Details
The Google Play support page listing the devices reveals that the POCO F2 Pro carries codename “Imi” which is the same codename as Redmi K30 Pro. This kind of confirms that the new Poco F2 Pro will be the same as K30 Pro. Also, ‘in’ in Imiin could signify an Indian launch which means that the Redmi K30 Pro could be announced as the Redmi K30 Pro 5G Zoom Edition in the country. It also gives us a news that the Poco F2 wil have two models in its series – Poco F2 Pro and Poco F2 ( or Poco F2 Lite ).
To recall, Redmi K30 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display, a 20MP selfie camera, a quad-camera setup on the back that consists of a 64MP primary sensor, a 13MP super wide-angle lens, a 5MP telephoto lens and a 2MP depth sensor. along with 4,700mAh battery with 33W fast charging. With so much information and conflicts on phones, we think more details will be available only post COVID-19 situation improves in the country and companies start launching phones again.
For more than a month, no phones have been launched in the country with many phone launches have been postponed like the Moro RAZR or the Realme Narzo 10 devices. Let’s hope the scenario changes soon.
