Honor 9X Pro is the new device from Honor for India which got launched today. Honor has been quite slow in launching smartphones in India this year and the reason could be its parent company’s issue with not able to use Google Services apps. However, the company has decided to go ahead and launch the its smartphones with Huawei’s App Gallery ( company’s answer for Google services ). Honor 9X Pro comes with a trendy design with full view display at the front with pop-up selfie camera. The rear of the device consist of triple camera setup arranged in vertical manner. It is powered by an octa-core Kirin 810 processor, which is coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inner storage. You get the option of microSD card for additional storage.
The Rear Triple Camera setup consist of 48MP main camera, a 2MP macro lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. At the front, there is 16MP pop-up selfie camera. The device has 4,000mAh battery. All default connectivity options including Dual SIM card assist, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, microSD card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are present.
As highlighted, the device is the first phone in India to run the new Huawei App Gallery services. It has tried its best to replicate the various Google services including the Playstore. The price of the phone is fixed at Rs 14,999 for early bird sale where interested users can register and get the phone at this special price. Post the sale, the device will be priced at Rs 17,999.
