HTC made a re-entry in Indian market today with the lunch of HTX Wildfire X. The company which left Indian mobile market last year is now making a comeback with good-looking and value for money devices.
It should be noted that the smartphone is being launched by InOne Smart Technology, the official licensee of HTC Corporation. Thus, InOne is basically trying to resurrect HTC in India with the new Wildfire model.
If you know the history of HTC, HTC Wildfire is one of the company popular phone models launched way back in 2010 and was hugely successfully. The company made curved looking, nicely built phones a trend during that time with Wildfire. So they are planning to use this nostalgic factor to revive the fortunes here.

HTC Wildfire comes with Waterdrop notch display at the front and the triple camera setup along with fingerprint sensor at the back. The display dominates the front portion of the phone with 88% screen-to-body ratio.
The triple camera setup at the price under 10K will sure attract young users and we expect the performance of the camera to be good as well.
There is a new security feature called MyBuddy in the phone allow users to pull out the device from the shell to trigger a loud alarm, send live location information, and record and transmit audio/ video of the surroundings in real time.
All default connectivity options including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are present.
The price of the device is fixed at Rs 9,999 for 3GB variant and Rs 12,999 for 4GB/128GB variant. The phone will come in Sapphire blue color. It will go on sale from August 22 via Flipkart.
