Realme India unvield India’s first 5G smartphone, Realme X50 Pro today in the country. For the past weeks, Realme , Redmi and Vivo’s IQOO had been competing to launch the first phone which supports 5G in the country. IQOO 3 5G phone is expected to launch in India tomorrow. For now, let us check out the specification of the new Realme X50 Pro.

Realme X50 Pro is an exciting smartphone, which gives a many first in the country. This is the first phone with Snapdragon 865 Processor, Dual 5G support and 65W fast charging support. The front of the phone is dominated by huge AMOLED display with 90Hz rate. There is presence of 32MP dual selfie camera in a pill shaped notch present at the side. This is similar to the recently launchedPoco X2 phone.
The rear of the phone houses the 64MP Quad camera setup arranged vertically. The device is made out of polycarbonate material. The device is protected by Gorilla glass 5 all around. The phone supports dual 5G band, however the speeds we cannot test or use at least for the time being. Realme X50 Pro packs impressive hardware. It includes Snapdragon 865, up to 12GB LPDDR4 RAM, faster UFS 3.0 storage and has Vapor cooling chamber for heat dissipation.
The Quad camera setup consists of 64MP main sensor, 12MP telephoto lens, 8MP wide-angle lens and 2MP depth sensor. You get many camera modes to utilize the 6 cameras present in the phone. All default connectivity options are present in the device.
The phone has 4200mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging which charges your phone 0 to 100% in only 35minutes. Finally, the phone comes in red and green colors. The price of the device starts at Rs 37,999 for 6GB/128GB variant and goes up to Rs 44,999 for 12GB/256GB model.
It goes on sale today (Feb 24 ) at 6PM via Flipkart. However, you can wait for a day to check out the IQOO 3 5G phone launching tomorrow which is expected to sport similar specifications and may be at lesser price.
