The company is promoting the newRealmeU1 phone with tag line “the perfect combination of power and an astounding selfie experience”. We can expect the phone to compete against the Redmi Y2 and Honor 7C series smartphones. The promotion images in the Amazon website indicates that this phone will be the most powerful Selfie phone in India.

From the teaser image, we can confirm that it will be a Single Selfie Camera setup. But with the newMediatekHelioP70 Processor image processing features such as faster multi-frame noise reduction shot, anti-blooming engine, and accurate AI detection one can expect very good output.

Apart from the camera, the teaser images also revealed thatRealmeU1 will have Full Bezel-less display with dew-drop notch like theRealme2 Pro smartphone. This will allow to the phone to command an impressive 90% screen-to-body ratio. No other details on the phone’s specifications are known though we expect the internals to be powerful to match up to the existing competition. The new Selfie phone should also come with all connectivity options and different RAM/memory variants.
