Redmi K20 Pro is coming to India on mid of July and Xiaomi India head Manu Kumar Jain has already started teasing the device by attacking the original ‘flagship’ killer Oneplus 7 pro. We all know that Oneplus devices was always termed as ‘flagship killer’ but in the past two years the prices of Onplus 6T and now Oneplus 7 Pro has gone quite high. So following up with Poco F1 launch last year, it is widely expected Redmi K20 Pro will replace it this year.
The tweet from the Xiaomi head has claimed that Redmi K20 Pro powered by Snapdragon 855 is the ‘world’s fastest phone’ by revealing the AnTuTuscore of the device. The score 388,803 which definitely higher than 373,953 of Oneplus 7 Pro. So it will be highly exciting on the new Redmi K20 pro fare when it releases in the country next month.
To recall, the device was launched in China on 28thMay in two variants Redmi K20 & Redmi K20 Pro. Apart from powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC, the device comes with pop-up selfie camera, 48Mp Triple camera setup, In-display fingerprint sensor , AMOLED display and dedicated cooling tech to enhance gaming in the device. Apart from this, the smartphone will also have 3.5mm jack, fast charging capacity and various camera modes to support the 3 cameras.
The price of the device was set at Rs 24,999 ( CNY 2,499) for the starting 6GB variant and went up tors 29,999 ( CNY 2,999) for 8GB/256Gb variant. We expect this aggressive price to the followed in India and well and at 25K, this phone will be a serious powerhouse when launched.
