Amazon India launched its new entry level Kindle reader in India for the price starting Rs 7,999. Only few days before, this latest version of Kindle debut in U.S and now it’s available in India. This being the 10th generation tablet, the main difference this and the previous on is the presence of built-in light which allows you to read even at night time. To recall, the earlier Kindle Reader was price Rs 5,999 and now the price of the new version is set at Rs 7,999.

The Ebook reader comes with a 6-inch e-link touchscreen display with SVGA (800 x 600) resolution. The display is glare-free and is backup by 4 LEDs to provide the built in light for night reading. The device has 4GB internal storage and a battery which comes with 4 week’s battery backup. The charging time of the device is around 4 hours and can be charger with 5W.
The all new Kindle reader is available in white and black color options. The price of the device is set at Rs 7,999 and is already up for pre-order. The sale will start from 10th April on Amazon.
