Indian phone maker Lava has taken issues several steps higher with the launch of its newest model known as Lava Pulse. The Pulse is a feature phone which has a heart rate and blood pressure sensor. The device is touted to be the first phone with such features. The mobile phone comes with a pulse scanner situated on the navigation button. The user merely places his thumb on the scanner to detect the heart charge or blood pressure. The studying is displayed on the phone’s display. The information can be saved on the phones for future reference. There’s additionally the choice of sharing the information with others through SMS.

The Indian phone maker claims the Lava Pulse’s heart rate and BP sensors have accuracy just like present digital Heart charge and Blood pressure measuring digital devices and are ACC/AHA licensed. Nevertheless, it clearly isn’t an alternative choice to the medical device.

On the {hardware} side, the Lava Pulse packs a 2.4-inch 65K color display with QVGA resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The physique is made out of polycarbonate with military-grade certification. The phone’s processor is unknown however it features 32MB RAM and expandable memory. Different features include twin SIM, Bluetooth, micro USB port, wi-fi FM radio with recording, and a camera with video recording. The phone packs a good 1800 mAh battery with super battery mode which may last as long as 6 days on a single charge.
