Xiaomi has officially launched the new phone in its Redmi Note 9 series. We have already reported that the company has scheduled to launch the Redmi Note 9 on April 30 globally. The highlights of the phone is the presence of Quad Camera and new Processor Helio G85. Let’s check out the complete details.

Redmi Note 9 follows the Note 9 Pro design and built in comparison. The front of the phone has the 6.53-inch FHD+ display which supports 450 nits brightness and has a single punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The rear of the phone has the Quad camera setup in square pattern. The phone measures 162.38×77.2×8.95mm and weighs in at 199 grams.
The device is powered by the all new Mediatek Helio G85 processor which actually is similar to G80 chipset with very minor changes. The device has upto 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The camera setup consist of 48MP main lens (Samsung GM1) with f/1.79 aperture, PDAF, EIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, an 118-degree discipline of view, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The selfie camera is a 13MP shooter.
All default connectivity options including Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and NFC are present. The phone has 5,020mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The device comes in Forest Green, Polar White, and Midnight Gray (blue) and will go on sale in Mid-May. The price of the phone is fixed at $199 ( Rs 15,200 ) for 3GB/64GB model and $249 ( Rs 18,800) for 4GB/128GB variant.
