Xiaomi has scheduled launch event for Redmi 4 series Phone on March 20
Xiaomi India has scheduled a launch event on March 20 in New Delhi by sending press invites for a launch event on March 20 in New Delhi.We are expecting as many as four smartphones to be launched at the event. As per the Xiaomi launch event’s invitation(seen below), the host of the Invite will be VP of Xiaomi India Manu Jain, and Product Lead Jai Mani.
Going by the invite and its emphasis on the 4 and A symbols, the company is expected to launch the Xiaomi Redmi 4, Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, Xiaomi Redmi 4X, and Xiaomi Redmi 4A smartphones in India.

Redmi 4A specification:
- 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display
- 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC
- 2GB of RAM, 16GB of inbuilt storage
- 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel sensor
- 3120mAh battery
Finally, the Redmi 4X specification:
- 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display
- Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor
- 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera
- 4100mAh battery
All the four smartphones run on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and support 4G VOLTE.Also expect the devices introduced in Xiaomi launch event to be available for sale online at Mi store, Flipkart and Amazon.
