Samsung Galaxy A80 with Slide-rotate Camera, Snapdragon 730G launched in India at Rs 47,990

Samsung Galaxy A80 , the top-end model in the Galaxy A series smartphone is launched in India. The company has already launched the Galaxy A50, A70 models in the country last month and now it has its premium A-series model to the country. The all-new Galaxy A80 comes with brilliant build and huge 6.7-inch AMOLED display. However, the main highlight of the phone is the sliding-rotating camera, which can act as both Rear, and Selfie camera for the phone. Let us check out the complete specifications.

The new Galaxy smartphone has a huge 6.7-inch AMOLED display with no notch, thus giving you a very immersive viewing experience. Goriall Glass 3 protects the display at the top. The main attraction of the phone being the sliding rotating camera which doubles as both Selfie and rear camera when required. It is a 48MP triple camera setup including a ToF sensor and give great pictures and videos.

The all-new Snapdragon 730 G processor powers the Samsung Galaxy A80, which is similar to the standard variant but some game-specific optimizations. All default-connecting options are present but sadly no 3.5mm jack. The phone has a rather small 3700mAh battery for the huge display; however, it supports 25W fast charging.

The price of the smartphone is fixed at a steep Rs 47,990 for the only 8GB/128GB variant. It will be available in Phantom black, Angel gold, and Ghost white color options. The device is available for pre-booking from July 22 and expected to go on sale from early next month.
