Realme X2 Pro with Snapdragon 855+, 90Hz display, 50W charging launched in India at Rs 29,999

Today, Realme launched its first flagship smartphone in India the Realme X2 Pro. The highly popular smartphone was launched in China few weeks back and is getting rave reviews all over the internet from critics and consumers alike. Now, the device has landed in India at a decent price tag taking on Redmi K20 Pro and even Oneplus 7 smartphone. Let’s check out the specification of the phone.

Realme X2 Pro major highlight is the huge 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display and dominates the front side of the phone. The display is FHD+ resolution, 0:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, 1000nits of brightness, 2000000:1 contrast ratio and carries support for HDR10+ and DCI-P3 color gamut.  

The 3rd generation In-display fingerprint sensor makes it one of the fastest in any phone currently. Finally, the TUV Rheinland certified display would safeguard your eyes from blue light. The device is protected by Gorilla glass 5 on both the sides.

For people who do not like pop-up camera, the phone has a tiny notch at the top to house the 16MP Selfie camera with bokeh, portrait modes etc. Coming to the performance, the device has the most powerful Snapdragon 855+ processor running the show coupled with UFS 3.0 storage and sufficient RAM (8GB/12GB). Thus, here will be no issue in doing any type of tasks.

Internally, the smartphone has superconducting carbon fibers, a multi-layer graphite sheet and other heat dissipation materials to manage heat dissipation during prolonged use.

The Rear camera setup consist of Samsung’s GW1 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra wide, 13MP telephoto and 2MP portrait lens. You get numerous modes in the camera such as 2.5cm super macro mode, 4K video shooting at 30fps , video bokeh effect and Super Night Scene 2.0.

The Realme X2 Pro has dual stereo speakers powered by Dolby Atmos with Hi-Res sound clarity. All connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, dual-band GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB-C and 3.5mm audio jack are present. There is even microSD card slot for storage expansion. 

The flagship phone comes in Neptune Blue and Lunar White color options. Apart from standard edition, there is also Master Edition designed by Japanese designer Naoto Fukawasa  that comes in Red Brick and Concrete color options. They come in only 12GB/256GB variants.

50W Fast charger is bundled along with the box, which is a good thing from Realme at this price. Remember, 50W charger will charge your phone from 0 to 100% in just 30 minutes.

Finally, the price of the device is set at Rs 29,999 for 8GB/128GB variant and Rs 33,999 for 12GB/256GB one. The Master Edition is priced at Rs 34,999. Realme X2 Pro goes on sale from November 26th, 12PM.
