ZTE Axon series is quite popular with Axon 9 and recently launched Axon 10 were great hits among the customers. The all new ZTE Axon S from the company looks to take the bar even higher in the design department with a new concept, a phone with horizontal slider option. Till now, we have seen phone manufacturers try various methods and gimmick to remove notch by using pop-up camera, secondary display or using vertical slider method.
Now, ZTE has taken a new route by introducing a horizontal slider setup which house the front camera thereby giving you a full view display with thin bezels and zero notch.
In the slider part, apart from the dual front facing camera it looks like there is presence of touch-sensitive/capacitive controls probably for zooming in and out at the bottom. The rear of the phone houses the triple camera setup consists of 48MP + 19MP sensor and depth sensor. Other details of the phone include the presence of brilliant Super AMOLED panel and In-display fingerprint sensor at the front.
Though, no details on the specification is out we expect the ZTE Axon S will be powered by Snapdragon 855 Processor and support 5G.
