Xiaomi’s sub-brand Mijia launched a new cost effective 3-axis smartphone gimbal today. For the uninitiated, gimbal is a very effective accessory similar to Selfie stick but providing stabilization feature through the 3-axis build while recording videos or photos using the smartphone. Gimbal are widely used by youtubers for capturing stable videos. Gimbal are usually quite costly but with the new launch from Xiaomi this Gimbal is reasonably priced and comes with a huge 5000mAh battery.

As mentioned, the Gimbal provides 3-axis stabilization and has a dedicated app to give auto tracking allowing you to do a full 360 degree. This feature will also allow you to make time lapse photography.
The Gimbal will be connected to your smartphone using standard ¼-inch screw at the bottom so you can even fix the gimbal on top of camera tripod. The device will be available for purchase from June 16 in China and will be priced at CNY 600 ( Rs 6,100 )
