Xiaomi Mi 6 with dual-rear camera, ‘four-side 3D glass’ design launched in China

Mi 6 launch

Highly anticipated Xiaomi Mi 6 launched with curved glass and latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor

Xiaomi has revealed its 2017 flagship device, Mi 6 in China today. In line with the leaks, the smart phone comes with a dual-rear camera setup which is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 processor. It should be noted than after Samsung S8 series and Sony XZ series, Snapdragon 835 is now available in Mi 6 smartphone.

Xiaomi Mi 6 is built on stainless steel casing with curved glass on all four sides providing the device a premium look. Dual-rear camera setup is integrated with the design of the device. This design fits the dual-rear camera setup and offers under-glass fingerprint sensor on the front along with splash resistance.

Mi 6 follows a perfectly symmetrical design and the company claims that the polish on the device’s frame takes 12 days and over 40 different processes to achieve. Following the current trend in flagship mobiles, Mi 6 doesn’t have a 3.5mm jack so Type-C port will handle the charging as well as audio out.
