Tecno company has been releasing numerous smartphones under the budget price range in many countries including India. Sometime back, the company launched the Tecno Spark 4 device in India at Rs 7,999. Now, a new device Tecno Spark 5 has been launched in Ghana with decent specifications at an entry level. Tecno Spark 5 smartphone comes with a premium design and attractive built for the price. The front of the device has a huge 6.6-inch HD+ display housing the punch-hole camera and rear of the phone has the Quad Camera setup along with the finger print sensor. The device is powered by unknown Octa-core Mediatek processor supported by 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. We feel the RAM is quite low for a new device in this year.
All default connectivity options including 4G with VoLTE support and a 3.5mm headphone jack are present. The device runs on the 5000mAh battery which is supported by Android 10 OS on top of custon HiOS 6.1 UI. The phone comes in Misty Grey, Vacation Blue, Ice Jadeite, Spark Orange. The price of the phone is fixed in Ghana at GHS 720 ( Rs 7,800). We feel the phone may not be launched in India given the low specifications at this price.
