Sony WH-CH700N Wireless Headphones with Noise-Cancellation launched in India

Today, Sony India launched a new Noise-Cancellation Wireless headphone in the country Sony WH-CH700N. The launch comes in the heels of the news of SkullCandy launching its new wireless Headset SkullCandy Riff in India recently. However, the Sony headphone comes with Noise-Cancellation feature making it more desirable and also premium as well. The highlight of the device is its Artificial Intelligence Noise Cancellation (AINC) technology that analyses background sound to adjust the performance in noisy environments.

Sony WH-CH700N Headphone Details

The new Sony WH-CH700 headphone is designed to provide long hours of quality music playback comfortably. The device has 40mm drivers with sensitivity of 97dB/mW and frequency response between 7Hz to 20,000Hz. The impedance rating of the device is 20 Ohms.

The earphone has built-in microphone which enables hands-free voice call. You can also use it for voice assistant commands since the device supports Google Assistant as well. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v4.1 and NFC. The headphone can connect via 1.2-metre length cable as well. Finally, there is a dedicated ‘NC’ button to activate noise cancellation.

Sony Wireless earphone is capable of giving 35 hours of playback time on a single charge. Additionally, there is also a Quick Charge function where you can listen to music for 1hr with just 10mins charge. The company mentioned that device is designed to work with Headphones Connect App (both Android & iOS) for sound tuning as per your preference.

The price of the Sony WH-CH700N headphone is set at Rs 12,990 and is already available for sale in all Sony Centers and major electronics stores across country.
