Chinese brands like Xiaomi and Vivo are making phones with great specifications at a considerably lesser price. This has been the trend from last year, when Xiaomi’s brand Poco launched its Pocofone F1 with Snapdragon 845 at an unbelievable 19,999. Now oppo has joined this club with its upcoming Oppo T1 phone which is termed as Youth Flagship phone sporting bezel-free display , Popup Camera and Snapdragon 855 processor at a mere Yuan 2499 ( Rs 24,999) price. Read on for more details on this phone below.

Oppo T1 Details

A new poster from the company has revealed a new T series phone from Oppo, called the Oppo T1. The image also revealed that the phone will be powered by the new Snapdragon 855 processor. As only the upper 3/4 of the image is revealed, we suspect the phone will have a pop-up selfie camera due to its bezel-less design.

It looks like the new Oppo T1 phone will have 6.39inch OLED display ,6GB/8GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage options, 12MP pop-selfie camera, 48MP Rear Camera setup as per this source. No more details of the phone’s specs are available, however the expected pricing of the phone has been leaked which is quite impressive.

Starting price of the Oppo Phone is ¥2499 (~Rs 24,999) and this version has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. For ¥2799 (~Rs 27,999), you will be able to purchase the model with 128GB of storage but the same RAM as above. If you want more RAM, the 8GB + 128GB version will set you back ¥3099 (~ Rs 30,999).

When seeing this price range, we cannot miss the similarity in the existing Poco F1 which we was introduce along the same line with last year’s Snapdragon 855. So one can expect the Oppo to come to India as well very soon post its debut and taken on Xiaomi’s Pocofone. However, with all this there is no detail on the launch date of the phone yet.
