Oneplus 7 Pro has its highlights on the display, which curved at the sides with minimal bezel at the top and bottom. This gives you an immersive viewing experience for usage, gaming and for entertainment as well. The display supports high dynamic range (HDR) video content including both HDR and HDR 10+. It supports Night Mode 2.0, which filters blue light and lowers the brightness levels. You get a super quick In-display fingerprint sensor under the display of the phone protected by Gorilla glass 5.
The pop-up selfie camera comes with a ‘Free-fall detection’ that makes the pop-up camera go back inside whenever it detects a fall. New Oneplus 7 pro has stereo speakers, faster USB 3.1 storage but has done away with 3.5mm jack. The software performance of the phone is improved greatly and it now has new features such as theme engine that tweaks accent colors, App Locker, Parallel Apps mode (enabling users to run cloned apps with different accounts) and RAM Boost.
The Oneplus 7 Pro is the costliest phone from the company at least in India. The price of the device starts at Rs 48,999 for 6GB/128GB variant, Rs 52,999 for 8GB/256GB and Rs 57,999 for 12GB/256GB variants. The smartphone comes in Mirror Gray, Nebula blue & pro Almond colors. The device goes on sale from May 17 for Mirror Gray color while you get Nebula blue from May 28thfrom Amazon and Pro Almond from June.
Oneplus 7 & Oneplus Bullet Wireless 2 Headphones
Oneplus 7 never got mentioned in the launch event but it looks like the smaller sibling will be a value for money device. Stated to go on sale from June 2019, the device will be priced starting just Rs32,999 for 6GB/128Gb variant. The major difference between the pro versions will be 90Hz display, Triple Camera, pop-up Selfie Camera and smaller battery. However, for the price, it’s even cheaper than Oneplus 6T when launched.
Finally, the company also announced the updated Oneplus Bullet Wireless 2 headphones with Bluetooth 5.0. You can listen to music up to 14 hours on a single charge and it has support for Qualcomm’s aptX HD low-latency audio codec touted to deliver high-quality audio output. These earbuds are priced Rs 5,990 and will be coming very soon.
