Newly launched Honor 7A and Honor 7C budget smartphones takes on Redmi Series

Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei launched the budget Honor 7 Series phone yesterday in India. The Full View display with 18:9 aspect ratio and design language has been carried over from the likes of Honor 7X and Honor 9 series. Honor 7A and 7C series being sub-10,000 segments we can see some cost cutting happening compared to its elder siblings. However, these budget smartphones provide Dual Rear Camera setup and Face Unlock Feature which are the highlight of the devices. Priced under Rs 10,000 they look good value for money but we’ll be sure after checking the specifications mentioned below.

Honor 7C Specifications

As you can see the display resolution is just 720p on both the models, so this could be the are where Honor has tried to cut the cost. The devices have few nifty features like Huawei Histen for better audio quality, Ride Mode for bikers, and single-touch fingerprint access to Paytm. Apart from these, all default connectivity options are present in these two devices. In terms of pricing, the Honor 7A price in India has been set at Rs. 8,999. The Honor 7C has been priced at Rs. 9,999 for a variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, while the other option with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, has a price tag of Rs. 11,999. The Honor 7A will be available starting at 12 noon on May 29, exclusively on Flipkart. The Honor 7C will be available starting 12 noon on May 31, exclusively on Amazon.in
