Moto G 5G could be the new 5G based smartphone from Motorola. Recently, popular leakster Evan Blass shared the alleged image details of the phone along with specifications of the device. Apart from this, a report from XDA forum also confirmed the existence of new Moto G 5G device. Let’s check out the details.

Moto G 5G Smartphone Details
The new Moto G 5G device will come with 6.7-inch Full HD+ resolution display with 90Hz refresh rate. The phone measures 167.98 x 73.97 x 9.59mm and it weighs 207 grams. As per the image , we could see that device will have two separate punch hole at the front to house the dual selfie camera and Quad camera setup arranged in square pattern at the back.
The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 765G processor supported by 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. We expect there will be variants with higher RAM and storage as well. The device will have microSD slot for expandable storage. The Quad camera setup at rear consist of Samsung GM1 48MP sensor, a 4MP macro lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The dual selfie camera setup has 8MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor.
Moto G 5G phone has finger print sensor present at one side of the phone and a dedicated Google Assistant button on the other side. The smartphone has 4800mAh battery with fast charging capacity. The device is expected to launch in U.S first as Moto device with similar model number has been certified by FCC.
Apart from this device, there are reports a new variant called Moto 5 G5 Plus is also present. However, there are no concrete information on the same. Motorola is holding a launch event on July 7, so we will know whether new Moto G 5G phone will be launched and if a ‘Plus’ variant is present.
