Lenovo is joining the gaming smartphone category with its upcoming all new Legion Gaming smartphone. Currently, the dedicated gaming smartphones are dominated by Xiaomi’s BlackShark , Nubia’s RedMagic and Asus ROG series phones. Out of these Asus ROG phones are mostly available many regions around the world but Blackshark and RedMagic are officially available only in limited markets. But we know gaming smartphone is going to grow in the coming years so Lenovo has joined the bandwagon with its new Legion Gaming Smartphone. Now, images of the phone has surfaced showing the design and also highlighting the features of the phone. Let’s check out the details

The device comes in a very gaming centric design similar to the Nubia Red Magic 5G gaming phone. The rear of the phone has ED flash right in the middle just below its dual camera setup which is also placed uniquely near the center of the back panel. The design language followed reveal the angular designs that simulate speed and power through 3D textures.

From the various posters which has leaked, we can confirm that the gaming phone will 90W fast charging technology again, which will be supported through two USB Type C ports (on the bottom and one of the sides during gaming). The front of the phone houses the huge display which is expected to sport atleast 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is encapsulated by positive stereo sound from its full symmetrical 65mm dual speakers, dual 0.6mm amp speaker system, and 1.4cc large sound cavity.

Apart from this, the device comes with new uEngine technology, which is its symmetrical dual X-axis linear vibration motor and hints at the device’s cooling and audio capabilities. The Lenovo Legion phone will reportedly feature a 3D cooling tower structure with dual heat pipe partitions for long-lasting cooling. Finally, the images show that the device has a side-mounted pop-up selfie camera.
