Huawei Mate 20 Pro , the flagship smartphone from the company is scheduled to be launched on October 16. The company has teased the invite in its twitter account earlier. Apart from this, we have already seen many details on the smartphone leaked along with the images. Now, as we near the launch date the phone has popped up in Geekbench portal showing its impressive performance and scores, courtesy smart price .
Huawei Mate 20 Pro Details
The Geekbench snapshot reveals more details on the specification of the phone which we already knew. The device is powered by an octa-core processor with a base frequency of 1.8 GHz, coupled with 6GB of RAM. Kirin 980, the supposedly powerful processor in the world currently is powering this device.
The smartphone managed to score an impressive 3,390 points in the single-core test and a whopping 10,318 points in the multi-core test. These scores are as expected, significantly higher than those achieved by the Kirin 970 as well as Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845. It should be recalled that Kirin 980 is the first 7nm mobile AI chipset and comes with world’s first Cortex-A76 architecture chipset, world’s first dual NPU design, and the first to support LTE Cat.21 speeds.

Apart from these, the Geekbench also confirms that the device will be running the latest Android 9.0 Pie version of Android on top of EMUI 9.0 overlay.
