Honor 9X series phone was first launched in Chine last year and after a long delay the device was introduced in India. It is was felt the device was introduced very late so the device didn’t get the required welcome from consumers. Now, the company has unveiled a new Honor 9X Lite smartphone in Finland with mid-range specifications. Let’s check out the complete specifications here.

The Honor 9X Lite comes with 6.5-inch FullView FHD+ show with resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels with 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The phone is build around the 2.5D curved glass all around to guard the display from scratches. The smartphone is powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 710 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and there’s a single 128GB of inner storage listed. The storage could be expanded through a microSD card.

The camera setup on the device consists of dual-camera setup housed in an oblong module with 48MP main sensor and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, you get a 16MP Selfie camera. Finally, the 9X Lite has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for unlocking the gadget.

The smartphone runs on a rather old Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9 version while the battery capacity is 3750mAh battery with assist for 10W charging. All default connectivity options including Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS + GLONASS and USB-C port are present. Tthe Honor 9X Lite comes with a dimension of 160.4×76.6×7.8mm and weighs 175g.

The price of the The Honor 9X Lite is set at 199 Euros (~$215) and comes in in Midnight Black and Emerald Green color variants. The phone is listed in Honor’s Finland website and the pre-orders for the Finnish market will begin on April 30. We don’t expect the phone to launch in India as the competition is high both in terms of pricing and specifications.
