Asus ROG Phone 3 launching on July 22

Asus has confirmed that its next generation gaming smartphone, Asus ROG Phone 3 will launch on July 22. As per the invite, the launch will take place as online event at three places such as Taiwan, Milan (Italy) and New York (USA). Leaks on specifications and images has been coming in for this new Asus ROG phone for the past few weeks and now we have already got the confirmed launch date.

Asus ROG Phone 3 Details

The built and design of the new device is expected to follow the 2nd generation phone with few polished changes. We have already reported the leaked image showing the rear of the Asus ROG Phone 3. The rear part is modified to allow an extra camera making it a triple camera setup. The phone will have in-display finger print sensor under the screen.

Most of Asus ROG Phone 3 specifications are already out, however they are still alleged ones and not confirmed. The device will come with 6.59-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with at least 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate display. It will be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus processor coupled with atleast 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.

The device will have huge 5000mAh battery with 30W fast charging capcity. It will run on Android 10 OS with gaming centric ROG UI. The camera setup at rear will be 64MP triple camera while the front will have 13MP selfie camera. We can expect more ports as the previous device to accommodate gaming accessories like controller and Doc.
