According to the report, Apple was planning to include LG Innotek’s camera into the iPhone 15 initially.The quality issues with cameras made in China reportedly prompted Apple to take this choice.iPhone 14 iPhone 14 models are said to have autofocus for selfie-snappers.The new camera configuration could cost as much three times more than the earlier iPhone camera front facing.
It is believed that the LG Innotek has been supplying Apple with top-of-the-line rear-facing cameras.Furthermore it is now able to fully integrate key optical components like optical image stabilization (OIS) components cameras PCBs, camera PCBs and actuators.
